This long post is brought to you by my untimely flu
Before I begin, one important thing: between Bryan's well-deserved retirement, Ace's shocking withdrawal from the main game, and a couple of members being slow to check in, we're currently down from 20 to 13. Meaning I badly need your help recruiting within the next week! Cycling buddies, other forum buddies, estranged cousins? It's high time to bring them in!
MAIN GAME
Big congrats to David, who has proven a couple of things this year:
Next in the standings are Davy, Luís, and yours truly, because... well, we usually are? (1, 2, 3 last season.)
The true testament to everyone's savvy is the midfield though, probably closer than ever - mere 1100 points between 6th and 18th!!!

WALL STREET
I still think it's the most elegant design I've ever come up with, thus it breaks my heart to close it down.
CYCLOPATHS
Mighty close going into Lombardia between 1st Joel (Valverde, Gaudu) and 2nd myself (Bernal, Fuglsang).
Turns out Bauke couldn't care less, also bringing Martin to a close 3rd in the process
FINE YOUNG CANNIBALS
Another one in the bag for Joel, between the superb years of Teunissen, Ewan, and van der Poel!
RAINBOW CUP
Davy solid across the board (Ewan, Lutsenko, Haig, Buchmann) juuust edges out Ace's up-and-down year (Teunissen, Pogacar, but also 1st pick Dumoulin).
COUNTRY ROADS
In perhaps my new favourite design, absolute Portuguese domination! João wins with a healthy margin, Luís slightly ahead of the rest of the field. And what a team those Kazakh boys were! Roglic for GC, Mollema - grimpeur, Alaphilippe - all-rounder, Carapaz - global.
QUICK FIX
Tom juuust got Cobbles on a series of solid picks, Bryan won Ardennes (RIP Bjorg Lambrecht), Martin dominated the Giro (Carapaz in the 3rd round), I squeezed out the Tour victory just because - and I shit you not - Paul Ourselin finished the race, while Luís returned to his winning ways in the Vuelta on the backs of Pogacar, Bennett, and Knox.
PREDICTIONS
Still counting, but I'm gonna guess... congrats to Martin on his well-deserved 1st neo-pro draft pick!
What's next? A busy week for me (new spreadsheet needed), for you (recruiting, calendar brainstorming), and of course on November 1 all hell breaks loose

Big congrats to David, who has proven a couple of things this year:
- You don't always need to know your Tvetcovs and your Tratniks to succeed - just picking the right stars (Roglic, Bernal, Ewan) can sometimes prove enough.
- Our neo-pro reverse order works exactly how it's supposed to.
- Always keep one hand on the handlebar, kids
